The Management of Fa.Mi is committed to applying a Quality Policy that places the customer and staff involvement at the centre of its activities in order to pursue the primary objectives of continuous improvement of internal processes and customer/end-user satisfaction.
Fa.Mi considers that the existence of an organisational system that allows the harmonisation and control of its processes and the collection of information derived from them is of fundamental importance.
Consequently, it has implemented and constantly updates a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the UNI ISO 9001:2015 standard.
In order to maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of the company, Fa.Mi relies on its strengths to achieve macro objectives, such as:
- 1 To have the ability to quickly adapt the organizational structure, responding to market and customer needs and expectations.
- 2 To carry out and maintain up-to-date assessment of the context and interested parties.To implement a real assessment of risks and opportunities in order to plan continuous improvement actions and keep them under control.
- 3 To monitor the traceability of the production process in all its phases: from the first contact with the customer, to purchasing, production, final checks and post-sale support, by completing and keeping the appropriate system documents.
- 4 To strive to provide the highest quality of service, paying particular attention in the inspection and testing phases so as not to overlook even the smallest detail.
- 5 To involve all staff in the various activities in order to always stimulate growth through continuous learning and training.
- 6 To provide services and infrastructures that fully meet the workers' needs for production and communication with society.
- 7 To have qualified suppliers that are constantly monitored, especially regarding outsourcing activities.
- 8 To work in accordance with system procedures, always taking the utmost care to keep them up to date and approaching them with critical sight in order to find constant suggestions for improvement.
In order to monitor the effectiveness and validity over time of the management system, they set short- and medium-term objectives, which are then disclosed and shared throughout the organisation.
